Hello my name is Salina Parvin and I’m from Bangladesh.

I have worked at Noah’s Ark since 2016. I have successfully completed my certificate lll child care services and I’m now studying by Diploma. I became an Early Childhood Educator because I love educating and caring for children. Their individual personalities make everyday unique and special. I have a back ground in food and nutrition so enjoy talking to the children around this on a daily basis during meal times. I believe children are our future, they are like plants, and they need proper care and love.

I love working at Noah’s Ark because it’s like a great big family and so welcoming to everyone.  They provide a different range of educational activities for the children while also providing nutritious healthy food for the children.

Noah’s Ark if surrounded by wonderful children, families and educators.

Hi, my name is Grace. I have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working in Noah’s Ark Rivett since 2019.

I was born in Malaysia and coming from a multicultural background I am able to speak several languages including English, Bahasa Malaysia and several Chinese dialects including Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.

I also have two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending quality time with them on the weekends as well as searching up recipes on the internet, preparing their favorite meals and then kicking back and enjoying a good movie.

Hello parents and carers.

My name is Young-Mi, but most children call me Yummy!

I am originally from South Korea. I graduated from university in Seoul with a degree in literature and art, and owned a restaurant/gallery. I have lived in India where I studied Hindi language and reported for Korean television. I also spent six years in Papua New Guinea where my husband was posted as a diplomat. I have three teenage children who are studying at Canberra University, Narrabundah College and Mt Stromlo High School.

I have always loved children. In India I would volunteer teach every week at an orphanage. And when my children were young in Canberra, I helped run classes for adopted Korean children. I have been blessed to be at Noah’s Ark since obtaining my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education in 2020.

I’m lucky to be able to work in all the rooms and I adore caring for and spending time with your children. While the structured days and creative education programs are so important, I also care for and cherish your children as lovingly as my own. We have fun with lots of laughter, including when I teach Korean language counting and children’s songs.

Hello, my name is Claire and I have been employed at Noah's Ark since April 2016.

I completed my Diploma of Early Education in 2012 and since then I have been enjoying my chosen career in this field. It fills me with a sense of personal satisfaction to know that I have a positive influence on our children, especially during this important part of life’s journey.

I have an interest in sustainability which I enjoy incorporating into daily practices at Noah’s Ark. This will help lay the foundations for the future generations.
